The drive device of bevel gear insert platevalve can be driven by electric, pneumatic, manual, bevel gear rotation and soon. The pneumatic device can be installed with air filter, solenoid valve,inductor, if the above driving device is installed, the pneumatic device shallbe specified in the contract

Shelltest and sealing test of bevel gear insert valve:  

• The shell test and sealing test medium of bevel gear insert valve is water (containing preservatives), kerosene or other suitable liquids whose viscosity is not greater than water.
• the sealing pair is a non-metallic sealedinsert valve, sealing shell test and requirements according to GB/t13927-92 d requirements.
• The sealing pair is a metal sealed insertvalve. If the sealing performance is required, the leakage of the sealing testis calculated according to 1  dnmm3/s, and the test is not carried out ifthere is no sealing performance requirement.
• After adjusting the closing position of theplug valve driven by electric, hydraulic and pneumatic devices, the shell andsealing tests are carried out three times according to the requirements of 1and 3.

• The number of static pressure life test of bevel gear insert valve shall beprescribed, and other technologies shall be specified by JB/ Z 234.
