Product Description
The high-temperature and adjustable shut-off valve is a unique structural design,which is made of steel plate welding. In that valve-off state, the valve plate is in contact with the plane of the valve body (seat), and the valve plate is not stuck due to the influence of temperature. The valve has small influence coefficient, large sealing contact area and less leakage. The plane contact sealing structure reduces the instantaneous friction torque force of the valveplate, enhances the tight shut-off performance of the butterfly valve, improves the use temperature range of the butterfly valve, The exhaust gas or the fluid flow rate, the pressure control, the regulation and the cut-off of the exhaust gas or the micro-suspended particles are regulated, and the leakage amount is required for certain occasions. It is widely used in the production control process of petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, building materials and other departments.
The electric quick cutting and regulating butterfly valve adopts the mounted structure, which reduces the connection bolt of the valve body itself under the condition of high pressure and large diameter, enhances the reliability of thevalve and can overcome the influence of the self-weight of the system on the normal operation of the valve.
The electric regulating (cutting off) butterfly valveadopts 381R electronic electric actuator, which has high adjustment precision and fast action speed. DVJWR is electronic electric soft seal butterfly valve and DVJWR is electronic electric hard seal butterfly valve. The regulating mechanism adopts soft seal structure and has strict characteristics. The valve structure is simple and convenient, easy to make large caliber, small resistance coefficient, large circulation capacity, especially suitable forlarge caliber and large flow rate.
