The exhaust valve belongs to the manualangle type cut-off valve type, suitable for metallurgical, blastfurnace, hot blast furnace system for all kinds of gas pipeline blast furnaceexhaust gas cut-off equipment.

The workingprinciple of the waste coal gas valve: the high pressure gas (gaseous workingfluid and lubricating oil) from the compressor enters the exhaust valve, entersthe guide blade of the waste gas valve, flows spirally along the guide vane,separates the lubricating oil from the working fluid gas by centrifugal forceand gravity, and leaves the lubricating oil along the inner wall of thecylinder. The working fluid gas is drawn from the central pipe through themulti-empty baffle to extract the exhaust valve. The separated lubricating oil,concentrated in the lower part of the oil separator, can be dischargedregularly, or the floating ball valve can be used to automatically return thelubricating oil to the crankcase of the compressor.

The waste gas valve is also called an oilseparator and a pressure control valve. The heat transfer effect in thecondenser and the evaporator is improved by the separation between thecompressor outlet and the condenser inlet.
